August 2009 – HiB Always on the Move.
With an increase in the range of products that HiB are offering comes an increase in supplier demand. With this in mind HiB is committed to giving its customers 100% customer satisfaction and strives for excellence in execution. HiB’s fleet of delivery vans provided by Mercedes-Benz continues to grow and take on board new technologies to assist smooth delivery of its products to valued customers nationwide. A newly fitted home made stillage system accompanies each delivery vehicle. The one pictured is parked outside HiB’s Head Office in New Barnet. HiB Distribution Centre Director Nigel Knapton adds “These new stillages were designed and developed with the intention of putting product safety first. We found in the past that using outside courier companies caused lots of problems with our customers who were receiving damaged goods. Now that our delivery network is being managed directly by us, we can ensure that our customers receive the best service possible”.
