We believe in perfection made personal, and our extensive collection of bathroom products has eye-catching options for everyone. Whether their dream bathroom is cool and contemporary, traditional and timeless, or artfully avant-garde, our range of lighting, mirrors, cabinets and furniture helps our customers to create their dream design without compromise.

HiB has created a huge change within the industry. Before the brand’s inception, bathroom mirrors and cabinets were seen as add-on products. Today, as a result of HiB’s cutting-edge design, our range of products have been elevated to show-stopping ‘must haves’, revolutionising the bathroom sector to an unprecedented degree.

As an industry innovator, HiB pioneered technology such as LED lighting, steam-free mirrors and cabinets, built-in USB charging sockets and Bluetooth connectivity.

Our hard-earned reputation in the industry has been built upon outstanding innovation and peerless quality, but above all else, our commitment to revolutionising design and ‘making bathrooms beautiful’.

Our History

  • 1990
    The beginning

    HiB started life with Warren selling bathroom mirrors from his North London home. Our first company logo is created.

  • 1991
    The first move

    The business starts to expand at a rapid rate. HiB opens its first HQ in East Barnet followed by its first Distribution Centre in Tamworth in the Midlands.

  • 1992
    New Logo

    HiB introduce a new company logo as the company starts to produce its own range of innovative, quality, branded goods.

  • 1998
    Trade Exhibition

    Building on its success, HiB exhibits its growing range of products at many trade Exhibitions throughout the UK including KBB and also at the major International Bathroom Exhibition ISH in Frankfurt.

  • 2002
    Bigger, better

    In order to keep up with escalating demand, the distribution part of the business relocates to a 10,000sq ft premises in Tamworth to enable greater stock capability.

  • 2005
    HiB hits the road

    As retailers up and down the country continue to stock HiB products, it’s time to deliver them in HiB branded vans as the business invests in its own fleet team.

  • 2007
    Quality at the forefront

    In order to continue to deliver the highest quality products on the market, HiB invests in an internal quality assurance department, ensuring every single product receives the HiB stamp of approval.

  • 2008
    New Distribution Centre

    HiB move to new 'state of the art' National Distribution Centre in Tamworth with 40,000 sq ft which includes office space for Marketing, Buying, QA and Transport Departments.

  • 2010
    Design focus

    Next stop, the in-house design team is created. As the innovation hub of the business, this is where all new products are designed, developed and tested before UK and export distribution.

  • 2012
    Export Division

    The export division plays a pivotal role in the growth of HiB’s business with particular focus on Europe and the Middle East.

  • 2015
    25th anniversary

    HiB Celebrates its 25th Anniversary with a party for all their staff and their partners at a Dinner Dance Cruise on one of the Thames luxury cruise boats. Sailing from The Embankment they went past all the major sites along the river in glorious weather.

  • 2016
    A new era

    Having reached its 25th anniversary, HiB launches its new brand logo and identity – the result of over a year’s planning and investment.

  • 2017
    Inspire House

    HiB move to a new 85,000 sq ft Distribution Centre on the Birch Coppice Estate.

  • 2019
    HiB enters a new sector

    Launching a range of high quality accessories including a host of innovative designs. From the luxurious curves of Pico to ultra-modern Atto, the collection offers the opportunity to transform any bathroom.

    30th anniversary

    HiB Celebrates 30 years of Making Bathrooms Beautiful.

Meet the Directors

Warren Ginsberg

Having founded the company in 1990, Warren has steered HiB from its humble roots as a family business to a leading international bathroom brand. Now Chairman, he is responsible for HiB’s export sales and keeps a close eye on the business overall.

Managing Director
Robert Ginsberg

After gaining experience working across HiB, Robert took over the reins at HiB from Warren in 2012 and now oversees the operations, continued growth and vision of the company as Managing Director.

Marketing Director
Steve Kaye

Having joined HiB as one of the company’s first Sales Representatives, Steve has spent the past 30 years supporting the growth of the business and expansion of ranges. As Marketing and Quality Assurance Director he now watches over the development of new products.


Sales Director
Ash Chilver

After previously overseeing the Midlands area as a HiB Sales Manager, Ash was promoted to Sales Director in 2014. He now supervises the sales and contracts departments as they navigate continued growth into new regions and sectors.

Finance Director
Himesh Shah

Keeping a close eye on the books, Himesh became Finance Director at HiB in 2009. Being FCCA qualified, he has supported the company throughout its expansion, ensuring that the company remains in a strong position with a robust infrastructure.

Logistics Director
Richard Berry

Having started with the company as a warehouse operative, Richard worked his way through the ranks to his current position as Logistics Director. Richard is now responsible for the management of HiB’s growing fleet and wider logistics team from HiB’s Inspire House distribution site in Tamworth.

Neil Berry

After starting at HiB as a member of the warehouse team, Neil has worked his way through the department to his current role of Operations Director. Neil now oversees the inventory and dispatch departments of the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Customer & Employee Experience Director
Emma Cuggy

Having joined the company in 2005 as PA to HiB’s Chairman Warren, Emma has spent more than 15 years developing the company’s customer service and human resources department. In early 2020, Emma was promoted to Customer and Employee Experience Director.
