We’re still cruising through the South Pacific this week as we make our way to the land down under.
As part of our Around the World Challenge, we’ve travelled 13,749 miles so far and we’ve come across a few pirates along the way, as you’ll see from our photos, but we are delighted to announce we’re still on course to reach our goal of 30,000 miles by the end of the year to celebrate HiB’s 30th anniversary.
The HiB community has been out in force running, walking and cycling to build up the mileage to keep the charity challenge looking ‘shipshape’ and we’d like to thank everyone for continuing to do this while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Donations have also continued to grow and we have raised more than £6,000 for the Alzheimer’s Research UK and National Autistic Society, who perhaps now more than ever need additional support to continue their life changing work.
Keep an eye out for our next update, as we shout ‘land ahoy’ and travel to our next continent, Australasia.
