Emma Cuggy named as new HiB director
HiB has announced the appointment of Emma Cuggy to the role of customer and employee experience director, as part of its continued drive to build the business which is currently celebrating its 30th year.
Now more active than ever in her role at HiB, Emma has successfully rebranded HiB’s HR department to the Employee Experience team and implemented core values into the company – including growth and customer engagement,
The HiB team have recently won the Lotus Award for culture, the bronze award at the 2019 Customer Experience Awards, and in 2020 achieved a 1 Star accreditation from Best Companies.
Emma has a wealth of experience, having started a career as a senior level PA in London and worked in that role for a decade. She joined HiB in 2005 in a similar role and in 2015 was given the responsibility of managing the customer service and HR teams.
Commenting, Emma said: “HiB is a business which is well-known for the quality of its customer service and looking after its employees, and this is something which has been, and continues to be, key to its growth. I plan on taking a proactive approach to ensuring this and therefore supporting every function of the business.
