HiB are celebrating a successful evening at the UK Customer Experience Awards, after taking home Bronze in the ‘Employees at the Heart of Everything – Programme’ category.
The UK Customer Experience (CX) Awards is the largest CX event in the world, recognising excellence in customer service across a wide range of sectors and specialisms. The winners were announced at a glamorous black-tie ceremony at Wembley Stadium, marking the 10th anniversary of The CX Awards.
The ‘Employees at the Heart of Everything – Programme’ category celebrates companies which go the extra mile to engage employees, improving customer experience in the process. Competing against brands such as Capita, Aldi, Aviva, BT, EE, O2, and Sky, HiB was named as the Bronze award winner in their category, a result that was termed by judges ‘a fantastic achievement’ in light of HiB’s size relevant to the competition.
Emma Cuggy, customer and employee experience manager, comments: “This is our very first year entering The CX Awards, and we are absolutely delighted to be recognised for our employee engagement strategy. HiB prides itself on providing the best possible experience to employees, and this accolade highlights all the work which goes into maintaining that.”
“Creating a positive working environment relies upon every member of staff, both in the CX team and beyond, making a difference each day, so I would like to thank the entire HiB community for helping us to achieve this prestigious award.”
