Staff at HiB have supported the work of a vital charity that helps bereaved parents across the UK.
The TeddyRose Foundation, founded by Michael and Trish White, provides support groups, care packages and cuddle blankets to families that have experienced baby loss.
To raise awareness for the charity, employees took pictures with blue and pink flowers to represent the TeddyRose Foundation colours, with HiB pledging to donate for each photo taken. The event, which was organised by HiB’s Inventory Operative Charla Hodgkins, raised more than £110 was raised for the charity, to help them continue their work.
Upon receiving the donation, charity founders and trustees Michael and Trish, said: “We have loved seeing the pictures of the staff with the flowers. To raise £110 is just amazing, what a wonderful team you are – thank you so much. A special thank you to Charla, if it wasn’t for her this would not have been possible, not only has HiB helped raise much-needed funds for our charity but awareness too. Thank you so much for supporting us.”
