After a year like no other, HiB has been pleased to join in with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise awards anniversary celebrations, marking the company’s first 12 months as winners in the Innovation category.
Last year, HiB was recognised for its dedication to research, development and excellence in innovation. The award highlighted the work of the company’s in-house product development team, producing new and exciting product designs which push boundaries and answer a genuine need.
Despite ongoing restrictions due to the pandemic, HiB was able to celebrate the win with a socially distanced flag-raising ceremony. The iconic Queen’s Award for Enterprise emblem now proudly flies outside HiB’s Inspire House distribution site in Tamworth and features across the company’s website, marketing and products, showcasing the achievement.
To mark the one year anniversary since winning the accolade, HiB took part in the award organiser’s winners’ video series, which highlights the impact that the award has had on each individual business, including sales, relationships with customers and the workforce.
For HiB, winning the award has reinforced the company’s leading reputation in the bathroom industry and opened a number of opportunities for future growth. It has been a cause for celebration among the team and having won the Queen’s Award during the 30 year anniversary marked the next chapter in HiB’s journey.
